Every plan includes everything. The price follows the size of your property. No commissions, no per-booking fees, no contracts.

Founding hotels in the pilot program use LodgeLoom free until the end of the season.

What commissions really cost
OTAs typically charge 15% to 25% per booking. Every booking that moves to your own website keeps that amount in your hotel.

The pilot program
We are onboarding a small number of founding hotels in Northern Greece. Pilot hotels use LodgeLoom free until the end of the season and help shape the product.
Common questions
Do you take a commission on direct bookings?
Never. Bookings from your own website cost you nothing beyond your card processor’s normal fee. That’s the point: every booking moved from an OTA to your site is 15-25% back in your pocket.
Is there a contract or minimum period?
No. You pay per month and can stop at any time. Your data stays exportable before and after you leave.
How do guests pay for direct bookings?
Through Viva Wallet. For each rate you choose a deposit, full prepayment or payment at the hotel, and refunds are one click from the booking.
Do I have to leave my channel manager?
No. LodgeLoom connects to it. You keep your Beds24 or Smoobu account and your OTA setup exactly as it is; LodgeLoom becomes the screen your team actually works in.
